FAQs
How long are contracts?
I don’t lock any clients into contracts, but instead use a month-to-month billing system. By avoiding long-term contracts, I prioritize trust and quality over rigid commitment. Clients can feel confident that our partnership is built on trust, not obligation, which naturally encourages more openness and willingness to work toward mutual success.
Do you offer at-home training?
Currently all sessions take place at my gym studio located in Millburn, NJ. Online coaching for clients that are experienced and want to have at-home flexibility is available.
How often should I train?
Frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. While I encourage 2-3 sessions per week, for some clients one time a week is all they can squeeze into their life and they still see amazing results by incorporating other activities outside the gym as well.
I’ve never strength trained before, is it safe to start now?
Working with a personal trainer with over a decade of experience working with clients that have no background of strength training to working with former college athletes, this is the safest place to start. Every program is tailored to the individual.
What happens if I have to cancel a session?
While I have a 24 hour cancellation policy that helps us keep the schedule consistent and respect each other’s time, as a Mom and business owner I understand things happen. For occasional schedule conflicts, I’m always happy to be as flexible with rescheduling as I can be, without any penalties for the client (ie: charging for missed session.)
Can I train with an injury or health condition?
Yes, but it’s essential to inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations. We’ll tailor the program to ensure safety and comfort while helping you build strength and mobility around any limitations.
