Strength for Everyday Life

Key Elements for Building Everyday Strength

  • Core Strength

A strong core can prevent injuries and improve posture, making lifting, reaching, and bending easier.

  • Lower Body Strength

Strong legs make activities like climbing stairs, picking up items, and balancing more efficient.

  • Upper Body Strength

Whether you're lifting groceries, pushing a door open, or moving furniture, functional upper body strength makes these tasks easier.

  • Grip Strength

Good grip strength helps with everything from carrying bags to opening jars and can protect you from hand and forearm injuries.

  • Balance + Stability

Good balance and stability help prevent falls and maintain control over body movements, which is especially important as we age.

  • Mobility + Flexibility

Mobility improves joint function and range of motion, reducing stiffness and making daily tasks more comfortable.

Hi, I’m Kristin!

I’m a certified strength + conditioning and Mental Performance Mastery Coach located in Millburn, New Jersey.

Ten years agoI took on my first personal training job in NYC, where I trained clients of all backgrounds, ages and genders. Before starting my own personal training business in 2020, I managed a gym where I helped both employees and members navigate the best practices to reach their individual goals while in the gym.

The programs I have designed for clients are intended to improve their strength for everyday activities, from grocery shopping, lifting kids, gardening, or continuing to enjoy competing in their favorite sports.

I have attained over eight various personal training certifications to help me best assist my clients in their pursuit to live fully without the concern of falls and injuries that can be avoided including strength and conditioning, women’s fitness, and mental performance mastery.

Outside of my personal training business, I’m a Mom, bookworm, and coach for the varsity girls ice hockey team as well as the middle school girls soccer team at Oak Knoll School.

Come say hi on Instagram, where I’m making daily videos to help educate athletes, coaches and parents!
